John K. Maloney is the principal attorney of the firm. He splits his time working out of the firm's Henderson, Neveda and Sacramento, California offices. He represents casino management companies and casino service industries including manufacturers and distributors of gaming related equipment. With more than 24 years in the gaming field, dating back to 1983, John K. Maloney is a pioneer in gaming law and regulation.

Mr. Maloney formerly served with the Nevada Gaming Control Board, and after that, the Casino Control Division in Queensland, Australia. Mr. Maloney not only brings his remarkable skills as an experienced jurist to the table, but also his vast knowledge of international finance and forensic accounting. Being world renowned, the evident result of his successful, distinctive, and proven talent coupled with decades of knowledge and know-how, Mr. Maloney has developed a worldwide network of contacts that have proved to be invaluable in serving our firm's clients. Mr. Maloney is a founding member of the International Masters of Gaming Law, is listed in The Best Lawyers in America (Woodward/White, Inc.) in the Gaming Law Section and is a frequent speaker and author on gaming law issues.

He is a member of the California and Nevada State Bar Associations and is a graduate of the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
